In case you 100% want to return your product, please note that you have 30-days after you receive your product to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You also need the mail from which you bought the item.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@visaudax.com.

Please note that you cannot return an item without sending us an e-mail beforehand. Should your return be accepted, we will provide you with all the instructions needed. Once you receive your return instructions, you have a 14-days window to drop your package at the courier.

Issues or Damages

Should your product present any visible damage, not work as intended or you received a wrong item please contact us immediately. By sending a mail to support@visaudax.com as soon as you detect an issue, we can resolve it together.

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Claims submitted after 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible.

Exceptions for returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds Policy

Once we receive and finish inspecting your return, we will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a confirmation mail, after which you will receive your refund.

Please allow for up to 15 business days for your refund to be available to your bank or credit card company. In case more than 15 days have passed since the approval of your refund, please reach out at returns@visaudax.com
