Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1โ€“2 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking information once it has shipped.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders from our supplier's warehouse. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Please allow the full 14 business days before contacting us about a delay. In rare cases, carrier delays or customs clearance may extend delivery slightly beyond this window.

In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you by email with a revised estimate and give you the option to either wait or cancel your order for a full refund.

4. Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24โ€“48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive it.

If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@visaudax.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Our products ship internationally from abroad. Vis Audax covers all applicable customs duties, tariffs, and import fees on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total price you pay.

6. Delays & Lost Packages

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Vis Audax is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 consecutive business days, or if your package has not arrived within 21 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@visaudax.com and we will investigate immediately. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund at your choice.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please follow the instruction in the returns page.

We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Claims submitted after 7 business days of the confirmed delivery date may not be eligible.

8. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipment costs, if any, will be communicated to you at that time.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, contact us at support@visaudax.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.
